Monthly billing cycles begin on the date of your initial subscription and continue onto the same calendar day each subsequent month.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to your next billing date. You authorize Creative QR Designs to charge your payment method for each recurring billing cycle.
Monthly charges are processed automatically on your billing date. You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information. Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved. All fees are stated in the currency displayed at time of purchase.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Creative QR Designs customer support.
**We require 48 hours notice prior to your next billing cycle.** Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date to avoid charges for the following month.
Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain full access to all subscribed services through the remainder of your paid period.
Cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing cycle, not immediately upon request. No partial month credits are provided.
Creative QR Designs maintains a strict NO-REFUND policy for all monthly subscription services.
**All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances** Including but not limited to: - Voluntary cancellation during billing cycle - Service dissatisfaction - Change of mind - Unused portions of service - Technical difficulties on user's end
No service credits, prorated refunds, or monetary compensation will be provided for unused time within any billing period.
Any billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the charge date. Disputes should be submitted in writing via email to Creative QR Designs customer support (support@creativeQRdesigns.com) with detailed explanation and supporting documentation.
You may update your payment method through your account settings at any time. Changes take effect with your next billing cycle. Creative QR Designs is not responsible for failed payments due to outdated payment information.
Creative QR Designs reserves the right to modify service features, pricing, or these terms with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
